　　Fang Rui, associate researchfellowand director of the New Drug Clinical Trials Research Lab,Institute of Clinical Pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica, Hunan Academy of Chinese Medicine,delivered a report titledEfficacy and Safety of Naotaifang Capsules for Hypertensive Cerebral Small Vessel Disease:ARandomized Controlled Clinical trial. Hepresented at the conference the academic achievements his team has madein evidence-based medicine optimal concepts for treating cerebral small vessel disease with Chinese medicine, compound animal models, and consensus on diagnosis and treatment.
